At Oo, every recovery pillow is handmade with care to ensure the best comfort and quality for your cat.

Returns

Due to the handmade nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on products that have been used.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued if:

  • You receive a damaged or defective product.
  • You receive the wrong item.
  • Your order is cancelled before it has been shipped.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we will gladly replace it at no additional cost.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Sizing

Please review the product measurements carefully before placing your order. If you are unsure which size to choose, contact us before ordering. We are happy to help you select the right size for your cat.
